SPRING SHRED

A Skate Contest for EVERYONE.

Time: Practice 10am-Noon 

Contest: Noon-7pm

Format:

Traditional skate contest using both the street course and mini ramp. Each skater gets two 45 second runs, best run counts.

Runs will be judged on difficulty of the tricks landed, consistency, style, and variety of tricks/obstacles used.

The best runs will use lots of different obstacles, and not miss any tricks.

Divisions:

Showcase

Do you want a chance to show off your skills with no pressure to compete? Showcase is open to all ages and abilities, and everyone who skates will receive some cool swag from our sponsors just for participating! Whatever your age or skill level, we want to see our community show off!

Intermediate

Intermediate riders should feel confident dropping in, riding around the park and have a handful of tricks they can throw down.

Intermediate will be divided into three age groups, 14 and under, 15-29, and 30+ with the top three in each group winning prize packs from our sponsors.

If you placed in an intermediate category last year, you should enter advanced this year!

ADVANCED

Advanced is where we will have CASH prizes for the gnarliest skaters! Anyone doing big grinds, airs or more advanced street or ramp tricks should enter advanced. If you aren’t sure which division to enter shoot us an email and ask!

We will have two advanced divisions, one open to all genders and one limited to women/trans folks.

1st Place - $250 Cash + Prize Pack

2nd Place $125 Cash + Prize Pack

3rd Place $75 Cash + Prize Pack

We are looking for support from skate businesses to make this event happen. We have three different tiers for sponsors, including Bronze, Silver and Gold packages. Sponsorship deadline for our final flyer is May 18th.

Filmers & Photographers

Help us document the event! We need both videographers and photographers who have the skill of capturing action and motion shots.
