Use the form below to request changes to your membership, including freezing, cancellation, or updating your card on file.

We require at least 2 business days notice to cancel or freeze reoccurring (EFT) memberships before the next charge. Membership dues are charged the first of each month.

Pre-paid memberships are only allowed to be frozen in the case of long term injury or illness.
